Courterious and friendly staff. Most accomodating

This hotel was great place for exploring Durham, loved it and property's courteous staff with good services and courteous staff. The location was great and unbeatable - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go.

ideal central spot for parks and fun attractions

i really enjoyed the spacious double queen room we stayed in and appreciated that there are parks like church street park and fun spots like frankie's fun park just a short drive away.

I have to commend your staff for coming to my rescue during our recent stay. I accidentally left my cell phone charger in the room and discovered this after entering the airport. I immediately called the hotel, explained the situation and arranged to return via the free airport shuttle. Two hours later, the shuttle driver returned to the airport with my cell phone charger and I was so thankful. To everybody that assisted me, from the front hotel desk clerk to the shuttle driver, I offer my heartfelt gratitude. This was clearly an idea hotel experience and I will now go out of my way to stay at Comfort Suites in the future.

This hotel was perfect for someone who wanted to 'stay near the airport' but not feel like they are staying nearing an airport.We booked on Booked.net and got a great price. But after staying there I would have paid the normal rate (which wasn't high at all) It was clean, great ammenities, beautiful room, comfortable bed, tv has a lot of channels (way more than some 'better' hotels have). I never heard a plane. I would stay here again.

We checked in about 10:00 pm. The two young people on the desk were just as nice and helpful as they could be. If we need to stay in that area again we will surely be back.

When I walked into my room the fresh scent of the apple fragrance hit me in the face.

Receptionist melanie interupted my reservation booking to help someone else.

The woman at the front desk on Sat 21st was very helful and had a great friendly attitude. Nice to feel welcomed! Continental breakfast had a nice selection of food. The room had very comfortable beds and bedding, for this alone I will come back. Very clean too. The poool was relaxing, nice little green area.

No bathroom fan. Towels at pool too small, didn't even cover up the chair I laid on. Need a beach towel out there, more comfort, more color! I think that drinks, soda, juice ect. Should be available throughout the day. I sure was thirst yand didn't feel like driving anywhere and leaving the pool. There was just water and I did appreciate that, but very basic and limited.

Families looking for convenience

The breakfast area was well stocked and clean, had this blueberry waffles that really hit the spot. The staff was friendly and remembered us from check-in, even gave us a little welcome gift.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you know, worth it overall.

My husband is hanidcapped and without a roll in shower he was not as comfortable as he could have been. He in no way can bath in an 20" tub.

Great value, lots of space, clean, had all the amenities one would want. an overall great stay!

I loved the comfy beds and the convenient access to I-40. The mini fridge and microwave in the room made it super convenient for us. Husam, the maintenance guy, were pretty good too help us with a wheelchair adjustment.

This brand-new hotel offers a lot of individual and clean rooms. Kind staff members are with good services and courteous staff.
